Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

We unfortunately are not honoring any returns at this time. We will only make an exchange on any products that arrive damaged/cracked to the customer with photo proof of the damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at loveyourskin@floralisseskincare.com. We will advise an address where a return can be sent to once we communicate with you over email.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with the product or it doesn't work for you please email us so that we can discuss & issue you a refund.

Please send back the item to us once we advise your refund was accepted. Once it is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
