Thank you for shopping with Floralisse Skincare. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • USA, Canada, Latin America & certain parts of Europe

If you do not see your location at checkout, please contact us at loveyourskin@floralisseskincare.com.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number through Shop. Tracking information will be available within [24–48 hours].


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Floralisse Skincare is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Damages

Floralisse Skincare is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately at loveyourskin@floralisseskincare.com with photos of the damage.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
